hey, I am looking for some satin black paint and primer to paint my little project car. Does anyone in Williams Lake know where to get some since everyone i have talked to does not know what I am looking for. I have found some off the net but the shipping is a killer plus it all is out from the us. Thanks, Monte.

try chucks, taylors or napa. You might have to go with a base coat clear coat with a deadener in the clear or one of them should be able to order something in if you want single stage.

I used a product called Zero Rust on the Rickshaw. Sticks best to bare metal, gives a satin finish, costs about $120. a gallon. What are you painting?

ive got a little mazda 323 that i am dropping a supercharged v6 into. i want something that will not let water/moisture threw as well as not looking dirty after a day. i don't really want to repaint the car every year either like with rustolium or spray bombs.

Sounds cool. How much does that thing weigh?
Base/Clear with a deadener is probably what your after. Cheap Flat black is tough to keep clean looking. Did that to my Barracuda and told myself never again..

i ended up ordering a sem hot rod black kit from taylor's. hope to get it painted next weekend. I've still got to mount the oil relocation kit and make a mount for the supercharger.
